Hello. I'm a fresh debian user and I have a problem mounting one partition. The one where ubuntu is installed. The error message is: Unable to mount the selected volume.
details:
libhal-storage.c 1401 : info: called libhal_free_dbus_error but dbuserror was not set.
process 2225: applications must not close shared connections - see dbus_connection_close() docs. this is a bug in the application.
error: device /dev/hda5 is not removable
error: could not execute pmount
Thanks
Mounting (?) partition
The partition where Ubuntu is installed is mounted automatically. It is not possible to unmount such a partition, because the Ubuntu could no longer work...

Mounting (?) partition
It doesn't, I'm running debian on a tripple boot mashine. Win, Ubuntu & Debian. I can see the contents of the partition where windows is installed but not the one where Ubuntu is.
mounting problem
We really need more information to answer your question.
Frist off, are you using Ubantu when you try and mount it?
If so there's no need because it's already mounted.
If not, we'll need to know more information.
