Bien que cela soit peu recommandé et TRES DANGEREUX comment se connecter en session graphique avec l'identifiant ROOT sur LENNY?

1) Choisir ACTIONS

2) choisir Configurer le gestionnaire de connections

3) entrer son mot de passe root à l'invite qui suit

4) choisir l'onglet sécurité dans la page affichée de gestion des connections

5) cocher la case Autoriser la connection locale de l'administrateur du systéme

fermer ensuite

Voilà c'est tout simple !!!

Mais attention ce genre de connection est dangereux et à utiliser à bon escient ....Il faut savoir ce que l'on fait avant tout

Hi, I finally could install Debian 5 on Acer Ferrari 5000 WLMI from Usb using the programme called Unetbootin for Windows. I have tried various distros but none could detect and mount cdrom. Earlier I had Suse 11.1 installed using Dvd. When I had Suse on I downloaded Unetbootin for Linux and I was able to install Debian. But after few days grub wouldn't boot in to debian but Windows 7 and xp which I had on hard disk. This time I installed vista and made 110 GB partition for debian to install. I used Unetbotin for windows and installed Debian x64 net install.

This is my favorite site to come to for information. In a short period I've seen that people are snobbish like some I've seen in LUG groups. One would think they are frigging gods by the way they answer you. (Snappy, rude, dummy, and more attitudes and outright active on their attitudes.) That kind of behavior doesn't help me to learn my way about linux, so what do such groups exist for, I wonder. Sociologically the members are getting something out of it...the snob members, not the decent kind ones that can remember the days they started up. May this place stay the same and if there are a few jerks that are reading this, you are quite welcome to never answer a question I've added to the forum!
